How Do I Submit an Application for a Residential Structure
Step1: From the Portal page find the Licenses and Permits Box and click Apply

Step 2: When the new page opens, click on the drop-down carrot and select Residential Structure

Step 5: Enter all the Customer Information

Step 7: Click on the drop-down carrot and select the type of construction (if the type of material you are constructing with is not there, choose other and explain below.

Step 9: Click on the magnifying glass under contractor

Step 10: Type the contractors name in the search box and hit enter on your keyboard (if you can not locate your contractors name in the search box, please contact SJRA to confirm that your contractor is licensed to do business on the Lake Conroe Reservoir.)

Step 12: Fill in the Contractor Phone Number

Step 13: Click Next

Step 14: Click on the magnifying glass under Physical Address

Step 15: Type the address in the search box and hit enter on your keyboard

Step 18: Click the drop-down carrot under Own or Lease Land and choose the correct answer

Step 20: Click on choose files (NOTE: You will only be able to upload on single file, please combine all documents needed into that one single file.)

Your application will be submitted to SJRA Staff via a case. Cases are processed daily as they arrive, however, SJRA reserves the right to take up to 30 days for approvals or denials.
