Submit an OSSF Inspection Report

Step 2: A new page will open titled OSSF Inspection.
Step 3: Click on the magnifying glass under Maintenance Provider and choose your company name. If your company name is not there, please contact SJRA OSSF Department.
Step 4: Under the Customer, click on the magnifying glass and select your customer.
Step 5: Under the Physical Address, click on the magnifying glass
Step : Click in the search box at the top right hand corner and type out the numbers for the address. Click on the magnifying glass and select the correct site address for the customer. Once the check mark is in the box, click on the select button.
Step 7: Complete all the remaining fields needed for the inspection. Note that some of the fields are pre-filled for your inspection. However, if you need to change the fields, please click on the drop down box and change the information. Also, you are required to complete all the fields with a Red Astrix *.
Step 7: Fill out any additional notes made about the system or the property.
Step 8: Click Submit to finalize your case.
Step 9: Once Processed you will be directed to a new page where users can view all open Cases, Applications, Permits / Licenses, Invoices, and Meters / Wells.
