Anonymously Submit a Case

Access Menu Path:SJRA Customer Service Portal Homepage
Step 1: From the Portal page find the Questions box and click Request.


A pop-up will appear. Click Submit Anonymously.



Step 2: A new page will open titled Create Anonymous Case. Fill out the Title, Description, and Phone Number fields.

Note: It is best practice to make the description as detailed as possible (ex: add parcel numbers or addresses) since anonymous complaints will not receive a response

Step 3: Enter the code from the Captcha Image. If you cannot read the code you can select Play the Audio Code above the text box. Once complete click Submit.


Step 4: Once processed you will be let know that your case was successfully submitted.
